Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing satchel, ensuring all original designer tags remain intact.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
